Gulzar’s working trace: a note from health research
Gulzar’s health work and the working memory left after the loss of our teammates on 1 February 2026.
Gulzar became part of the research memory around Mizan through her health work and support during testing. Her work on breast cancer reminded us to approach health problems with patience and a human focus.
On 1 February 2026, we lost Efruz, Berina and Gulzar as separate people. This note does not interpret the circumstances; it carefully records their names, contributions and the working trace they left with us.
Hojiakbar’s communications and organisation support, Gulruh’s contribution to health work and testing, and Maria’s inspiration for Mizan are part of the same memory. At BE Lab, acknowledging contributions and carrying the work forward responsibly is a principle.
